Please note that production time does not begin on the date your order is placed and does not include shipping time.
Ordering for a Wedding or Event?
We always recommend ordering your stationery with plenty of time to spare.
- Save the Dates approximately 8-12 months before your wedding
- Wedding invitations around 4-6 months before your wedding
- Day-of stationery approximately 6–8 weeks before the wedding
Invitations are generally sent to guests around 8-12 weeks before the day, so ordering earlier gives you plenty of breathing room for proofing, production and addressing your envelopes. For destination weddings or celebrations with guests travelling from interstate or overseas, we recommend allowing a little extra time wherever possible.
For day-of stationery, we recommend ordering approximately 6-8 weeks before the wedding, once your guest list, seating arrangements and final event details are mostly confirmed. This includes pieces such as menus, place cards, table numbers, seating charts and welcome signage. For larger quantities, custom designs or specialty finishes, we recommend ordering 8-10 weeks in advance where possible to allow plenty of time for proofing, production and any last-minute adjustments.

Design Proofs.
Your initial digital design proof will be provided within approximately 48 business hours of receiving your order and all information required to personalise your stationery.
Your order includes two rounds of revisions before final approval.
Once you're completely happy with your design and approve your final proof, your order will enter our production queue.
When does my production time begin?
Your 11–15 business day production timeframe begins from the date your final proof is approved.
If there is a delay in providing your details, responding to your proof or approving your final design, your production timeframe will begin later accordingly.
For this reason, we recommend reviewing your proofs as promptly as possible if you are working towards a particular event date.
Shipping Time.
Shipping time is additional to our production timeframe.
